We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our team. The GRC Consultant will play a key role in assisting clients with the development, implementation, and management of their GRC programs. This role requires a strong understanding of GRC principles and frameworks, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients to achieve their GRC objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Client engagements: Lead and manage client engagements related to GRC, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • GRC assessments: Conduct comprehensive GRC assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in client organizations.
  • Develop and implement GRC programs: Design and implement GRC programs tailored to client needs, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk management: Assist clients with identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
  • Compliance management: Support clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Policy and procedure development: Develop and implement GRC policies and procedures.
  • Training and awareness: Conduct GRC training and awareness programs for clients.
  • Technology implementation: Assist clients with the selection and implementation of GRC technology solutions.
  • Reporting and metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GRC activities.
  • Stay up-to-date: Maintain current knowledge of GRC best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in GRC consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GRC principles and frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
  • Experience with GRC technology solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT, are highly desired.
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
