COE Security is seeking a visionary Vice President – Artificial Intelligence Innovation to spearhead AI-driven initiatives within the cybersecurity domain. This executive role will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to develop cutting-edge solutions, enhance threat detection, and drive innovation across our cybersecurity services portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI and cybersecurity, strategic leadership capabilities, and a passion for advancing the intersection of AI and security in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the AI innovation strategy to enhance COE Security’s cybersecurity services, aligning with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
• Drive the development of advanced AI solutions for threat detection, incident response, risk management, and predictive analytics to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing cybersecurity services, such as penetration testing, managed security services, and cloud security solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver breakthrough innovations tailored to cybersecurity challenges.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements and cybersecurity trends, continuously identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies to protect and empower our customers.
• Develop and maintain ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards.
• Oversee the execution of AI-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
• Establish partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and industry leaders to accelerate AI innovation for cybersecurity.
• Act as a thought leader, representing COE Security in conferences, industry forums, and publications to position the company as a leader in AI-driven cybersecurity.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or a related field, with 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven expertise in applying AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, NLP) to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Demonstrated success in leading AI innovation projects that deliver measurable results in cybersecurity or related industries.
• Deep knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and regulatory compliance in the context of cybersecurity.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Experience in building and managing high-performance, multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
